I luckily encountered professional musiciens of traditional Japanese music.

When I was hanging around the old downtoun of "Edo",today's Tokyo, I fortunately came across the "Kimono" dressed musiciens on the rowboat.
Several hundreds years ago, people in "Edo" enjoyed such music played at a banquet or on a boat especially in summer.
This time-honored musical band is made up of "Shamisenn",
three-stringed musical instrument, "Taiko drum" and singers.
Honestly speaking, it was the first time for me to see this type of conventional artists on a boat in person.
In addition, the bridge in the picture is "Nihon-bashi"literally Japan bridge, has been the starting point in Tokyo since Edo Period to major cities like Kyoto, Osaka or Nagoya. And now all the distance signs on highways to Tokyo are actually the measurement to this bridge.
